Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
In the unlikely event that the customer is unhappy with the goods supplied, they can be returned to the Majorelle Interiors premises within 7 days of purchase and the purchase price will be refunded in full on confirmation that the goods are in the same condition as delivered. Without exception no goods will be accepted after 7 days. Damages and incorrect deliveries must be notified to Majorelle Interiors within 3 days of receipt. A customer advisor is on hand Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00 hours on 01937 960084. Where payment is made on credit/debit card any refund will be to the same account. A 30% re stocking charge may apply. On cancellation you must return the goods at a cost to you unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty.
Bespoke handcrafted furniture that is not faulty can not be returned. For these kind of purchases you will be contacted and a contract / agreement will be made and agreed between you and Majorelle Interiors prior to the order.
